Has your turtle been eating during this time? What are the weather conditions/temperatures like?

Now it starting to getting cold its about 20 degrees celcius but there is sun and the turtle has access to a sunny spot in the tank until afternoon.

Pumpkin may help. You can buy it in a can just make sure there aren't any spices in it. Is your turtle in a tank or a pond? If it's in a tank get a water heater and a thermometer. While your turtle is ill you'll want the water temps to be 78 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit. If your turtle is in a tank to you have a heat lamp and UVB bulb?

I tried the pumpkin but he didnt touch it i put a UVB buld and a heat lamp for 4 days now nothing i'm thinking if it is possible to take to a vet and give him an anema. Can you do that to a turtle.I'm afraid that he will explode is that possible?

You should take him to the vet. The vet will x-ray him to see if he has an impaction. He won't explode but could die of a blood infection if he's impacted.
