Urgent Care :: Found turtle really sick help

Found truetle it can't open it's eyes because there swollen his neck and cheeks are puffy he's not moving but ever once in while hill pick up his head and just drop it and it won't eat I already have one red neck slider but this one looks like it's about to die please help

Sounds like it needs a trip to the vet!

yes i know he needs a vet but are there any vets that don"t cost 100 $ just to see him. on the other hand i dont want to deprive him of help he needs.

Ask for help from family if you can or even see if the vet will do payments.
I've done both in the past with my pets.

If this was a found turtle, a vet might take him from you and treat him for you. A rescuer/rehabber might help as well.
