i just was looking at my hatchling Moe, and on his shell, there is a line that goes from his head to his tail that is raised, and is not very wide, so is it pyramiding or is it normal?

That is his spine. Pyramiding is when each individual scute (shell section) is raised, causing an overall bumpy shell.
