Urgent Care :: Turtle Gasping For Air PLEASE HELP

One of my turtles at random intervals of times seems to be losing whatever air he has in his lungs. Air bubbles come out, then he franticly swims to the top of the tank to get air. This has happened three times in the last hour. WHAT IS GOING ON??

I'm not sure what's going on... could it be a food obstruction? Any other symptoms or signs of distress?

My turtle does something like that. She got over an RI a few weeks back. But I thought this behavior was normal. Maybe not the frantic part. Just keep an eye on him..
