Turtle is weak
Posted: Mon Mar 14, 2011 3:22 amHi, i just got back from a holiday and i notice that one of my turtle is quite weak. He will not eat anything and only sits on the basking area all day... Is there any reason why this happen? Before i went for the holiday 3 days ago he was fine, very active and always hungry. Now he looks like he is sick 
Anything i can do to make him feel batter? he still poops but when i put him in the water, he only floats on top of the water and rarely swim. I am starting to be quite worried 
. btw he is a caspian turtle.

Is there a UVB light? yes
What have you been trying to feed it? pellets, lettuce
When was the last time your turtle ate? 3 days ago
How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 29 gallons
Is the tank near a window? no
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? is in the kitchen not too much
Have you read the Basic Care section? yes
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? only some
Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? likes to sit on the basking area for a long time.
