she has fallen or climed out before, but this time she broke her shell Can I put a med inside the warter to help her heal? Should I keep her on dry land for a while while it heals? I actually did for 24 hours, (I thought the air would be better than the water.)

not smart, bacteria can go, get her to the herp vet or she may die...

She needs to see a herp vet and a screen or something else suitable needs to be fixed across the tank so this doesn't happen again. Here's what the main site says about damaged shells:
It is highly recommended that a herp vet inspects and treats any injury to the shell. A drop, a fall, an animal attack or some other trauma may result in damage to the shell. Whether it is a crack, a hole or missing scutes, this is a complex problem that needs immediate attention. The risks are shock, infection, shell rot, organ damage, physical disability, excessive suffering and death. If there is bleeding or sizable damage, then the situation is even more urgent and medical attention should be sought quickly.
Hope this helps.

No one here is really qualified to help you with this and you if you care about your turtle's well-being, then you need to take her to a qualified vet. You are responsible to make sure she cannot climb out, now you are responsible to make sure she gets proper care. Good luck and let us know what the vet says.

My turtle fell sometimes too, but from the outside he looks fine, but I'm worry that he might have internal injury, does anyone know how to tell if RES suffers from internal injury from falling? such as any kind of behavior it react?
My RES still very lively and still eats well

RESCHIU, you just wrote in another post that your turtle has MBD, now you say "from the outside he looks fine." Which is it?
And why is your turtle falling? What kind of behavior is he displaying?

Hi Marisa, sorry I didn't explained it well, what I meant by that he looks fine meaning that he doesn't have injured or broken shell after he falls couple of times (and yes he still has that discoloration under his belly, but it's from MBD, and not from falling), sometimes I let my turtle crow around and he would end up falling onto a carpet when I'm not looking or that he struggle out of my hand, a few time on concrete, however, he is still fine right now, but I just don't know if he's really fine inside.......

If he's got MBD, he's not fine inside. What are you doing to treat that?
