Urgent Care :: Shell Problem?!

HI, I think my turtle's having a shell problem.
My adult RES shedded for a week in December. Because she was sick when shedding, i had to put her out of water for 2 weeks as told by the vet. Since the shedding, i have been noticing a little shell craking.
I posted some pic.

Can she heal on her own if I start to add cuttlebone to her diet and 12 hr of UVB light everyday?
Is this serious?

the 3rd pic looks like shell rot. 2nd pic as well. 1st pic looks like fungus. you should dry dock your turtle to get rid of that fungus.

What kind of environment is your turtle living in when not sick? What kind of lighting, how much water, what is the diet like? Cuttlebone should be given on a regular basis, I keep some floating in the tank all the time. UVB lighting should be available daily. If you haven't done so, a timer is a really good option.

I have had her for a month. I feed her lettuce and pellets on a regular basis, sometimes sweet potatoes and grapes.
I never fed her cuttlebones before. and the UVB light was on for several hours a day.
I am feeding her cuttlebones now and giving her UV lights for 12 hrs everyday.
What is a shell rot?
is it serious? What should i do?

(it seems to me it's caused by an abnormal shedding cause I noticed this problem when she was shedding. I thought it was normal )

Well, the first thing to do is to get an accurate diagnosis. I would suggest a good herp vet to look into the issues. Once you know what you're dealing with, you can decide on a course of treatment.

If the turtle was "put out of the water for two weeks" (with periods of hydration, I hope), I find it a little odd that shell rot developed (unless it was present even before the dry docking).

Does the vet who saw her before know about the shell?

Yes, it developed before the dry dock, even before seeing the vet.
I told the vet she was shedding, but the vet said nothing about her shell(the vet even said my turtle's beautiful ).

I am planning to treat her with Acriflavine, do you think it's a good idea?

I haven't tried Acriflavine, though I don't know it would be effective for deeper shell issues. When did you see this vet? Were any of those scutes forced off?

i visited the vet on 12/22.
a few of them were forced off. but i didn't see much latetly.
What does that mean?

I don't know what it means... I can't precisely tell what's going on from the pictures, though the last picture does look like it was forced.

The scutes could have been damaged if the previous ones were forced off. Not all areas will shed at the same pace, so some might have been ready to come off, some not.
