My 2 months res got badly bitten by my dog - Please help!

Dear all,
Please help me on this one. Today morning i kept my 2 res in direct sunlight as usual. It just skipped my notice that my dog was not chained. I went inside for 5 minutes and when i came back, i saw one of my res missing from the box, later i found the turtle near my dog. The dog had bitten it.
I saw an opening/ hole on turtle's carapace with some inside flesh pooping out (i am assuming it is a part of its intestine mostly). I have applied betadine to the wound and kept the turtle in a dry place to self heal for now. There was no apparent bleeding, etc. and the turtle also seems to be ok (it is moving, eyes are open, etc.), but i know the wound is serious and the turtle may eventually die. After a couple of hours, the turtle is still seeming ok and also most of the part of its intestine is sucked back through the hole. But still the wound exists and still there is some part of the intestine popping out of the carapace.
My res is just 2 months old, and i also do not have an access to a specialized vet around. Please help me with some of your experienced suggestions so that i can save my turtle from dying a painful death. I know its completely my fault but please do help me save this baby :(
Attaching a pic herewith for reference.

Thanks.

Try to make sure there is nothing coming out of the wound. How big is the hole? It would need to be patched and has to be done by someone experienced. I would continue to look for a vet or a reptile organization that might help.

The hole is not too big (its a crack kinda thing 1mmx3mm, along the edges of one of those hexagonal parts carapace is made of). Its too difficult to put back whatever is popping out.

I would clean the area, apply some antibiotic ointment and lightly bandage the area until you area able to get it some help.

Sure. I'd taken the turtle to a dog vet.
He has cleaned the wound properly, and badaged the turtle. However I am not sure how to let the turtle eat the medine the vet has prescribed for pain killing and avoiding infection. Since I cannot let the turtle in water, please help me on how to feed it. Thanks.

Thanks for your post. I bandaged it yestday and kept it dry. Today when I got back from work, the turtle was still with no movement and head n limbs were all outside the carapace (I think she's died).
I tried giving some strong blows of air to her mouth as well.
For now, ve kept her in water (she sank with no movement at all). Will burry her at a good place tomorrow. sorry, My bad luck. I just can't stop thinking about the pain she would've went through. Poor baby :(

Yes. But I do have her partner still going good. Its just that he must be feeling lonely now. I will be taking good care of this one. Thanks.
