i have a hatchling map and it kinda hard for him to swim down and then he floats up but i see him like bearping air out and ive heard that haclings have air in them and it takes a wile to get out
PAINTEDS4LIFE DO YOU THINK THIS IS WHATS WRONG

I recommend you bump up the temperature to about 80 degrees F. A lot of time that's all it takes to stop a respiratory infection from getting serious, that's if you catch it in time.

Yes some hatching have air in them,my friend went trough the same issue as you,it took 1-2 weeks before it could dive into water(his was small as an canadian 25c).
