RI Turtle. Please help.

It's my turtle with RI again. He's still alive but he's getting worse. I dry docked him, give him salt baths but he doesn't look like he's getting better.
Today I saw him with some blood on his mouth. Can anybody tell me something to do that'll help? He doesn't eat or anything anymore, been almost 2 weeks. This makes me sad everytime I look at him.
I use aquarium salt for his salt baths. I put him in a tub and the water over him. Dry docked him with towels and a bowl of water.
I can't bring him to the vet because the vet said he was too small to get a shot. He's about 1.5 inches so yeah. He's a fighter though, he had his tail bitten off before I got him and now he has RI.

n00bEmpty: It seems like you are doing everything you possibly can. I know how you feel, it can be heartbreaking to watch our pets suffer but there is only so much you can do before you have to let nature take it's course.

At this point I think its just a waiting game to see what happens - in the meantime just try and keep your RES comfortable. I sincerely hope your RES makes it through this. I wish you and your RES the very best!! :)

I've seen many posts about your turtle, so i don't know if anyone advised you to do this or not, but did you try boosting the water temp to the 80's range? Most of the time that is sufficient to save the turtle's life.
Hope he pulls through.

He's a hatchling so the water is always at 80 degrees. I just wish I could have done something earlier.

The problem is that there isn't one here that'll treat a turtle his size. When I called them, they usually ask me how big my turtle is and how long I had him and how long I noticed him with RI. Alright, I answer their questions until the size part where I said 1.5 inches then they just said "There's nothing I can do, hatchlings have a high mortality rate with a weak immune system to start off with and with RI that severe then the only thing I can do is give him a special shot but I can't since he's so small."
And he's nearly dead now :(, doesn't even respond to anything anymore, he just lays there, doesn't even hide in his shell or struggle when I pick him up for salt baths. I think the best thing I can do is to let him pass on. I know I'll be sad but if it'll end his suffering then I guess I have to.

Sadly, today Zoilo passed on. I am happy and sad at the same time. I'm sad that he's dead because I had him for a while but I'm sort of happy because it ended his suffering and such. :(
