How much water is in there? Um, it is a 75 Gallon Tank and it is filled almost to the top.
Are you using a water conditioner? No, not until last night. It is called Chlorine CURE. It contains Sodium Thiosulphite.
Are you using any filtration? Yes, I am using an Emperor 280.
What is the basking temperature? It is 95F.
Is there a basking light? Yes, an Ultraviolet and 60 Watt lightbulb.
Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? Yes.
Is there a UVB light? Yes.

What have you been trying to feed it? Wealworms, Lettuce, and some pellets.
When was the last time your turtle ate? Last Friday, she has some lettuce in there right now that I'm trying to get her to eat.

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 75 Gallons.
Is the tank near a window? No.
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? Yes, pretty much.

Have you read the Basic Care section? Yes.
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? Yes, I found a few but I'm not entirely sure.

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? Yes, there is NO activity. She goes into one corner and sits there for most of the day, or atleast until she decides she needs to breathe.

It was recently that we got her a new aqaurium, but this has been going on for awhile. Her temperature dropped for a few days, but that was over two weeks ago. It dropped to about 70F. She doesn't swim sideways or anything, so I really don't know.

In view of your other recent posts, I'd advise a visit to a herp vet.

Any behavior/symptoms like open-mouth breathing when out of the water, wheezing, frequent yawning, mucus/bubbles from the nose or mouth?

I'd lower the basking area temp a few degrees and raise the water temp a few degrees (you said here that it's 74, in your other post I thought you said it was 76-77F).

Since this has been happening off and on for what seems to be a while now, and because she appears to be lethargic and doesn't want to eat (lettuce only or also the pellets?), it would be good to take her to a herp vet, who hopefully can pinpoint what's going on and give her something to rid her of the infection, if that's what it is. There's a post on locating a herp vet with links to finding one at the top of the forum if you don't know of one near you. If you take her in to be seen, it might be good to bring in a stool sample to check for parasites (ask the vet about this when you make an appointment).

Mine had a similar problem just recently...the water ended up getting too cold with the season change and wouldn't eat for about a month. I brought the water temp up to 80-82F with a new heater and had a space heater in the room that brought the room temp up to about 78F or so. . I'd say it took 2 or 3 weeks of the warmer temps to get him eating again, with no food intake for maybe 4 or 5 weeks (including the cold weather spell). Maybe you're having the same problem? My vet's advice was to just keep offering him food which eventually worked but had me scared to death for the poor guy for a while. Talking to a vet probably is probably a wise move.

She is eating. Just not moving much. I'll talk to a vet as soon as I can.
