I'm not sure what your question is. Rosy red minnows are food, so I'm not surprised she ate it, even if it'd been there for a year.

Are you saying your turtle is at the bottom of the tank all day? Is she coming up for air? Is she moving?

is she still at the bottom of the tank, how long was it when she last surfaced?
