He looks like a normal RES to me, I don't see any pink. They don't stay green, they turn more of a brown color as they get bigger, look for some pictures on google. You said a 10 gallon for a 3" turtle and you show 3 turtles in the tank. You know for one 3" you should have a 30 gallon minimum filled with water. It's way to crowded in that tank and why is it only half full of water? RES like deep water and love to swim. You need a much bigger tank, once full grown they'll need over 200 gallons of water. I'd suggest a kiddie pool (the big ones) or a pond.

Thanks for your help, Ive been keeping an eye in her and what I thought was pink yesterday is starting to look more tan, I knew they changed but didn't think it was this soon. Its actually two turtles, think maybe there's a reflection of one in the picture. I am aware that they need a bigger tank, I will work on getting one. I only filled it half way because they like standing on the ground with their head poking out. Ill add more water for the mean time. Thanks again.

Put some plants in, they'll stand and lay in them when they're feeling lazy.

You wanna watch those rocks you have in there too. They get a little bigger and there a chance they could eat them.
