Urgent Care :: Retro has been acting very very weird.....

okay so retro my RES has been going up the left side of the tank, then going to the side and then swimming down fast headfirst and hitting her head on the bottom and then doing all of this over and over again..........any help?????????????????? i have no idea why she mite be doing this....someone plz help

How big is the tank? Did you just get a new tank?

Usually they do this to practice swimming, to explore a new (or recently filled) tank, or out of boredom. It doesn't point to any sort of disease. If your turtle was larger/older, it might be a sign of eggs, but it's too small.

okay so shes in no real danger? cuz i am going to get her a new tank quite soon
