Light skin shedding is perfectly normal. Heavy shedding, on the other hand, can be indications of poor water quality, skin infection or vitamin deficiency. Here are some examples to look at of skin shedding. Which one is closest to your turtle?

Thank you for the advise, and I'm pretty sure it's the light shedding one. Also, I want to ask, does shedding make the turtle seems to be lazier? Like less swimming and a lot more basking?

Yeah. They seem to know when they are shedding and bask more often. Right now my turtle basks more than anything else because he shedding some skin around his head.
