I have two red ear sliders. My Baby/Smaller One of the two, i think swallowed a piece of the fake plants or his head is just very stretched for some reason. It seems to me that he has something caught width way in his mouth so that his cheeks are pushed out very tight. I'm not sure what to do! The other turtle looks normal.

Can you get a pic? I would recommend using like a Q-tip and take the cotton off, and very GENTLY opening his mouth to look inside and take out whatever may be in there.

My dad is going to help me look at him tomorrow. And ever time i walk up to the tank he goes and hides under the bigger turtle that i have. so i cant get a very good look at him.

Yes he looks like a chipmunk or squirrel with his cheeks puffed out really far. His "red ear" are more of a pinky color b/c its stretched..
i'll try to get pictures but not sure how well i'm going to do..

What kind of turtles do you have? Red eared sliders? If so you should seperate them because the bigger one may kill the smaller one. Maybe not tonight, maybe not tomorrow, but it CAN happen and most likely will happen ebcause they are solitary turts.
