What is red the water? Or do you have a reddish algae growing?
What is your set up like?

If you can't be anymore descriptive than that or post a picture, I really don't know what to say. It's a little hard to picture what's going on.

When you say red, do you mean kind of tea-colored? Have you recently put any sort of wood in your tank?

Bubble? Do you have any fish in your tank that could be in the family way?

omg this happened to me before . When there is lots of blood in the tank, the water starts getting foamy. Get your turtles to the vet, ASAP. They might have bit each other in things you can't see, like when they are fanning their organs and it goes back in.
