Urgent Care :: Why do my turtles have these white blotches?? HELP??

I didn't realize this when i bough my turtles but they have these white blotches on them and they aren't puffy or feel different then the rest of the shells but can they be dangerous to them, can it be a illness? momo has big spot and appa has the lines. sry there so big

the 2nd picture is similar to what my turtle has!

are you able to dig it out? my turtle white spots we're able to be dug out and were soft, and when i took the white out, i saw the fungus had eaten away at the shell. is yours like this?

(but don't go scraping anything off, i'd wait until a more experience turte owner to give some advice)

hmm..well if it's hard and doesn't smell maybe it's nothing.

my other turtle's shell started to develop white splotches because i didn't get him a basking light for awhile.

but then when i gave him a basking light and uvb and he started basking the shell looked SO much better.
