Abot 2 weeks ago, I've been noticing that my RES has some bump on the side of the neck near its left arm. And for the last 2 weeks I thought its like storing food inside there or something like that. When I fed it food, It would throw up then eat the food I gave it. I thought maybe it just needs to digest the food, so I didn't feed him for 1 day, then I saw that bump thing again, so I didn't feed it for about 2 days. But his still like that. Its it normal or is it sick or something?
Edit:

Can you give post a picture? It sure doesn't sound normal! They don't store food anywhere...when you feed him now can he eat normally or is there still a problem? Has he eaten anything he shouldn't have that could have gotten lodged in his throat? Since you say it's near his arm, i'm assuming it's not an ear abcess, do you know what they look like? Is he showing any other unusual behavior?

I couldn't post a picture of it because when I'm near it it would swim towards me and starts moving its arms really fast. But when I do get a picture of that bump, I'll post a picture of it. when I feed it, it would still throw up whatever it ate last time then eat what I just gave it. I've been feeding it Reptomin for the last 4 weeks or so. And no, I don't know what ear abcess is or know how it looks like. I don't think there's any unusual behavior except for the vomitting.

I've just looked up ear abcess, and it doesn't really look like that.

I don't know what that could be. It's a new one. I'd take her to a good herp vet and see what he/she has to say.

Have you been able to feel the bump with your finger? I'd be curious as to whether it's hard or soft. It may just be a fatty tumor, but I'd get it checked out by a herp vet.

Has the lump changed in size at all since you first noticed it? An abcess can occur anywhere and isn't limited to the ear area. It would ge good to have a herp vet take a look at it just in case.
If your RES is spitting up pellets and then eating them again, perhaps the size of the Reptomin pellets is too large for him. Try breaking up the pellets into smaller pieces and see if he can eat them more easily.
