Well I paid Paypal so I don't believe I could do that.

I think Paypal has a thing about defective items, I'd check their site or ask someone.

And I don't think that a turtle living outside and then being inside would cause it to die. So I wouldn't listen to anything to the contrary. There are lots of people on this board and other boards whose turtles live outside during the summer and inside in the winter, and they certainly don't die.

He only charged you $20 for the turtle? That should be a good sign of how much he values them. I think I'd just take the hit, report him, and sadly, move on.

Also, about the reptile show, I think I'd hold off on introducing a new turtle. That belize still may be ill, or the one you buy could be ill. I'd let the belize have some time to grow and settle in before I'd disrupt him. If I remember right, you've got a 10g which is ok for one hatchling, but you'd be stretching things with two.

I've got a 15G. It'll give him 2 months to settle in, do you think he'll need longer.

Oh and now I'm done with him because he sent me this:

This was the review I gave himl i tried not to make it all bad.

Paul was always very fast on replying and a great help.

I'm going to be straight up, I am very proud and thankful for the condition that the Belze he sent me came in, but not so much about the Nicaraguan, which died a week and a half after delivery. The turlte was never 100% and I took a lot of time to take care of it. But when it died, Paul declined to give me any sort of a refund. And yes I did have all the neccesities such as UVB, Heater, Filter, Basking spot and a Heat Lamp which I received the day after the turtle arrived.

He also gave me this statement:
