What about the light?Should i leave the basking lamp open while dry docking?Cause i thought heat helps in the process...

You don't need a light if dry docking at night. If dry docking during the day, you might want to setup a basking light.

As the days go by ,i am starting to believe that its not fungus but more like mineral deposits. I scraped one part of it and it felt hard and ...solid! I am guessing that fungus doesn't feel like this does it? Anyway ,i stopped the treatment for now and waiting for him to shed in order to to see if my thoughts are true...

Shell fungus doesn't feel soft. It'll either feel like how the shell normally feels, or an older infection might have a papery feel to it. There's also no smell to it - not that I know of anyway.

After studying my camera's manual i finally succeeded in modifying some pictures and the result is better than last time...so these are the pictures i wanted to post in the first place.

As i said in one of my previous posts ,when i scrape it ,it feels hard and it doesn't go away very easy so i usually stop before i hurt him/her..but somehow i have a feeling that it's not fungus ,but that's just my opinion(or what i wish for )
I do hope those photos will help some of you understand what it is!

Steve is an expert, I'm not, but that looks like mineral deposits and the need to shed. Can you take him outside once a day for a little while for direct sun light. That should help him shed faster. Just make sure he doesn't overheat and has a shade area to go to.

I'm not (but thanks!) and it doesn't convincingly look like fungus either (though I never rule it out from pictures). I also think it could be mineral deposits. Do you have any hard water issues? If there is any flakiness, it might be a bacterial infection that has popped up a couple of times. It usually goes away after the first shed.

Actually ,we do have hard water issues here( some people claim its almost undrinkable )...i had the feeling that using a water conditioning product like this

would somehow help...anyway i will follow your advice and give him some unfiltered sunlight just to help him shed faster

I don't think water conditioners are effective with hard water. Is there a water filtration system in your household?

Are you talking about RO system?If yes then no ,i don't have one.I thought of using distilled but its quite an expensive solution...so i guess i'll have to wait till he sheds

This is just an update! He finally started to shed and the new layer seems clear and free of white patches ,so we can almost say that it was mineral deposits...Thanks again for all your advice!
