It's not at all safe or humane for you to be doing home surgery on your turtle. Please take it to the vet as soon as possible.

actually the abcess size has gone down dramatally from the last time. i didnt press it at all.

Did the abcess get big enough so that it broke on it's own, or did you open it yourself?

i think that it broke down on its own with topical antibotics.
