On top of my turtle's shell. there is a white line. Im worried if its a disease or sickness, can somebody tell me what it is? He is one inch, living in a 10-gallon tank.

Where is the white line? In the area in between the scutes? On the scutes? How long has your turtle had it?

What kind of set-up does your turtle have (basking area, lighting, etc.)?

Can you post a pic of the white line?

wait, i checked again and it was yellow-greenish. Some spots are minorly yellow-greenish as well. I cant post a pic right now because i dont know where the camera is. The line is at the middle of the shell. From top to bottom of the shell.

Wait... I think i know the cause of this... When i see him sleep, his shell is outside the water(sleeps on top of the heater), so i added some more water...Last time i checked, the water level covered his shell...

Do you have a heater guard? I'd be concerned about burns, especially if the heater is on frequently.

Look for a Tronic guard. They fit a number of different heaters, even though they're sold for Tronic heaters. Just make sure the length fits your heater.
