Urgent Care :: White worms????

I have began to notice White worms on the glass of the tank anyone know what these are and what I should do to get rid of them. I consulted my pet shop owner he recommended this product called Super ICK Cure but it says it's for freshwater fish. I'm confused.

Do they move? They could be planaria, which are usually form when there's leftover food or other debris in the tank. Planaria aren't harmful to turtles.

How often do you clean the tank and change the water?

Do a thorough cleaning and water change and see if them come back.

Yes they move. I usually clean the tank every 3-4 weeks.
