Dude! What about those wax lips they have at Halloween? I bet there has been many a 5 year old eat "the whole ball of wax". Oh yeah don't forget about the holiday that just past, Easter! You know how much carnuba wax is in a handful of jelly beans? Sheesh, we're all lucky that week don't explode the first couple days after Easter.

Those little wax bottle with the fruit juice were great! I wish I had one now. I never had wax for my braces, though. Boy that would have been nice. The bare wires just cut up my mouth till it bled.

No, I don't think thee's anything poisonous about wax.

Wax used in connection with food, no. A few years back, though, there was some concern over lead in the wicks of some candles, particularly those made in China. I remember some companies would put on the bottom of their candles that they were lead free. I'm sure Yankee Candle candles are fine.
