I've never read that krill is high in calcium and Vit A. It is, however, very high in protein. As is the fish food. The diet sounds unbalanced and it sounds like it's affecting your turtle's health.

i have a book about nutritional values of food.... tiny shrimps are krill right? i used dried krll... maybe ill feed her snails after she gets better... very high in calcium and vit A... this might also be their staple in the wild hmm....

anyway right now shes improving one of her eyes are open.. and theres less snot. he her breathing is still a little heavy though...

I think appling cod liver oil to her eye did help her..
i raised her temp to... 85F she seems to like it.... i keep a 50W light bulb open for her to bask... shes now in a smaller tank so that i could observe her better..
Brittle the turtle....
she's a RES and got her since 2001..
loved her ever since ^^

No, tiny shrimp and Krill aren't the same thing. Her water temp is a bit too high, and you should lower it to 82... her metabolism is in over-drive w/a temp of 85!
The only thing the cod liver oil will do for her shell is make it slippery, and contaminate the tankwater. And since your turtle drinks the water AND you're giving her additional oil by mouth - you might be overdosing the poor baby! Applying it to her eye is okay, but other than that, lay off the oil... A vitamin soak is NOT the same thing. All that oil can also really affect her digestive system, and/or might make it hard for her to breathe! Imaging that you had baby oil in your nose, your mouth, and all over your body, AND you lived in the same water. Do you know what I mean? You really could do more harm than good - and I know you want to do what's best for her, but too much of ANYTHING is not neccessarly a GOOD thing. Do you have any Pedialyte or Infant Vitamin Drops? Can you get some at a store?

shes better now.. back to normal both eyes are open and good appetite ^^ thanks guys.... i think the temprature thing really helped... normally the temp here at room tempraturre without heating is 80F.. actually i didnt actually have a real heater.. i used a larger submersible pump and the heat was produced by the submersable pump and raised the temp to around 85... ^^

That's really good to hear, glad she's better! You should probably lower the water temp back down to around 78, if everything looks to be normal with her. Make sure her basking area temp is 10 degrees warmer too. Good luck and keep us posted! :)
