It's a small red ear slider and not been eating for many days already. It kept its eyes shut and doesn't move, though when I hold it up, it has some reactions.

It's little girl partner has died from it and I want to save it from dying.

I brought it to many pets in Shanghai but they only accpet dogs and cats and rabbits but not RES n other species.

Thus I wonder how to help him.

Thanks.

If it does not see, it may not want to eat. Are you keeping it in water, around 78 degrees F (26F)? It also needs to be in water to eat/swallow. try smelly foods - tuna fish for instance. How big is he and what kind of habitat is he in?

I've brought it to the man who sold it to us. He recommended us to use a kind of human drug called Velosef Cefradine Capsules.

Let's wait and see......

Human medication may not produce the desired results. What about dosage? How would you even get it into his system?
