Maybe it's the pic, but the eyes do look a bit swollen...

You don't keep a Dr. Turtle in the tank, do you? That white looks like baked-on residue from a Dr. Turtle or similar object.

I have used Dr Turtles but not for at least a month. I think the eyes are swollen, at least more than the other turtle. What is this sickness. I can take video of my turtle get up close let you see. Actions are very sluggish, ate just a little today and didn't swim too much.
