My Turtle Has Golden spots hes exremly active but hes got these golden spots!!!!! Is that normal????

On his shell? Can you see them out of water? If you scrape them with your nail does anything come off? Posting a pic of the shell when it's dry might help.

Ralph get those too. They're just from when your turtle is shedding. No worries :) They look cool, don't they :D

The golden (sometimes copper-colored) spots are from air trapped under the scute as it begins to lift off when a turtle is shedding.

Yeah it looks cool, i also noticed which lead me to beleve it was just the shell was the other day i seen that the golden spots were almost uniform on each side so i figure as much that it was just the shell growing, i couldnt rember when i was little if the red ear slider we had did that????
