I would bump up the water temp a few degrees to give her immune system a boost.

Do you notice any other signs, is she breathing through her mouth? Is there mucus? Wheezing? Are both eyes crusty, or just the one?

Also make sure you keep the water super clean.

Raise the basking area to 81-82F and make the basking area about 10 degrees higher. Your turtle isn't in a room with AC is s/he? If so, I wouldn't use it? Your turtle can't open the eye at all?

Will your turtle eat?

Have you raised the water/basking temperatures ? Try to keep the water 82F and the basking 90F. You need to use a thermometer to measure it accurately. Also, if there's no improvement you should take him to an appropriate vet.

I'd stop using the AC in the room with your turtle. The temps do need to be warmer than you have them (see my above post), and the AC will only work against that for the ambient air temp in the tank.

The fact that's your turtle isn't eating is not a good sign...You need to make those changes quickly. If you do and you don't see any improvment soon, you need to take your turtle to a herp vet. There's a post with links to them at the top of the forum. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

Find a herp vet and take her in to be seen...Look at the post with links on the top of the forum.

What do you mean when you say you're putting her in and out of the water? Frankie sounds weak--I'd make a "sick tank" for her---water lower so she doesn't have to expend energy, a basking area that's really easy to get on, temps as noted above. And find a vet.

Don't just "give up" on her...
