Urgent Care :: would it be bad if he ate something he wasnt sposed too?

well i went in my room and my pleco is dead, half of him is gone, and i know it was the turt. i found part of the tail but i think he ate a little bit of the fish. would it be bad if he ate a little bit or will he be fine?

Well if you've read any post on here regarding putting fish in with your turtles you'd know that it's said very often, do not put any fish in the tank that you don't wish to become lunch. :)

The turtle should be fine.. :)

i have a betta in there too, now i was in there doing homnework and i seen hthe tail but it got away, (it is a female betta) so now i dont the betta to die, i dont have any aquariums setup and i dont want the betta now. what can i do with it? also. my mom seems to think he is going after the fish because i am not feeding him enough, i feed him 4 repto min baby pellets per day. is that not enough?

going after the fish has nothing to do with being fed enough.. it's the natural order of things. Turtles eat fish :)

As for what to do with the betta.. can't help you there, that's something you have to decide for yourself.

buy a betta bowl for the fish and put him in that.

fill a a glass up with water and put him in there. Betta's need very little room to live. I filled a vase up with water and stuck on in there... goes great on the coffee table

Couldn't the betta do harm to the turtle??
J/c as to how you were keeping the betta in the tank with other animals. I was told that bettas were natural fighting fish...

can a fish sandwich hurt you??? hahaha not at all. that turt would make a meal out of that thing so fast. yes they are a threat to other fish.
