Urgent Care

My turtle has a upside down U shaped discoloration on her throat/neck. Its not puss filled or bumpy. She is very active and basks well. Has anyone seen this or know what it is?

I've only seen much milder versions when turtles are dry docked and frequently try to climb out. Are there any other areas that have this discoloration?

Hi Steve! Nope Ive checked her all over and only that area has the discoloration.

Can you post a picture of your setup? Does she try to climb out a lot?

This is my setup. I haven't seen her trying to climb out. Couple days ago I did dry dock her for 2 hours when she got bitten by my other turtle in the leg. They are seperated now. I guess maybe it happened then. Thank u

I'd keep a close eye on it. If it gets worse, I'd quickly get it checked out.
