Urgent Care :: Red patch of my slider turning into light brown colour.

I brought my slider one week ago, and yesterday when I handed it, I could see the red patch has turned into light brown colour. what must be the reason behind it?
I'am worried and don't no what to do?
Please help.

How big is the RES? Where is the patch located? Can you post a picture of it?
