My daughters res got stuck behind a filter and drown. How can we revive it

Im so sorry to hear that. Once a turtle has drowned he is dead. The only thing i have heard of is holding him upside down and pumping his legs to possibly pump the water out of his lungs. This would of course have to be done almost immediatly after he drown...

Thanks!!! I did try that and I am going to see if he starts breathing on his own now.

What's happening with the turtle? Do you know how long he had been stuck before you found him?
