Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? Abnormally green spots, floats a lot and has trouble going or staying underwater, very thin and lightweight, its shell shape looks flatter than my other YBS, possibly swelling eyes. I can't really tell. I was given this turtle by a friend. Please help.

I would bump up the water temperature to 82F. The green is probably algae. Is it eating all it's food?

Hate to repeat posts but get this for swollen eyes. It costs about $5 and can save you the trouble of taking it to a vet.

For food try feeding it fully cooked boiled chicken breast meat. Then switch off to pellets once it starts eating again.

Other signs of RI can be little bubbles coming from the nose, swimming with a tilt, loss of appetite. Swollen eyes can be a symptom of any illness, a brand new UVB light may cause it too, or dry eyes. You can try a soak and a very light scrub with a toothbrush to see if the green comes right off (algae). If not, it could be a larger problem.
Right now it may just be best to keep the water temp up, as Steve suggested, and just keep eye out for new or worsened symptoms.

To be honest this is exactly what happened to my first turtle i did not have the right setup and he got sick and by the time it could tell the symptoms he was already to sick and i was not able to get him to a vet on time and i lost my kurby. my best advice to you is get him to a vet ASAP! not to scare you or anything. i just don't want to see a fellow turtle owner loose a turtle and your turtle fits the exact description of what i had when he was sick
