If a turtle floats does it always mean it has RI? Or only if it is floating sideways/lopsided?

Change in behavior/appetite, mucus and listing (floating/swimming sideways) are the more serious symptoms.

Thanks again. I've been on my toes for three weeks now. Symptoms go on and off. He is a strong turt. I hope he makes it

What are the symptoms he's showing? How's his appetite?
