Urgent Care :: HELP!!! my turtle has a cut

Hi...i am new to the site. i just noticed that my turtle has a little cut over his eye. i guess it is a cut, there is no blood, but there is a little flap of skin that is circular, and about the size of this o. i am not sure what to do, i am freaking out, any suggestions?

Its not a cut, its likely just the red portion of his skin....But, if you think it is a cut go to your local fish store they sell reptoheal stuff. Apply to ur turtles head and hell be better in like a week
