Hi I am in need of an urgent help
I have a new RES (besides those I have had for 3 years now) I think its about 6 months old or less.
Yesterday it spent most of the time outside water under the lamp. When I woke up this morning I noticed its swollen reddish eye an some blood under her neck and blood bobbles coming out of its nose.
I don't know what to do next, please help.

I would suggest getting him to a vet as soon as you can, blood bubbles doesn't sound good at all.

Yeah time to see a vet I think. Is this turtle in the same tank as your other 3?

Do you see any exterior wounds? Could one of the other turtles have bit him? I would also advise seeking a vet.
