Help, I gave my turtle a grasshopper just a few minutes ago, and as she was tearing it apart, she's too small to eat it whole, some small, egg like things fell out of the grasshopper and as they floated down in the water they moved or wiggled... I think they may have been maggots. What can I do, will they hurt my turtle? :? Please help, I just lost one turtle and I don't want to loose my other.
Don't you sit and judge me from some high and mighty seat. Don't you shrug it off until you've walked a mile in my bare feet. 'Cause there are people that you pass by every day with harder cards than yours in life to play.

She will probably be OK but have the contact info for a nearby herp vet if you think she will need their help.
