When was the last time your turtle ate? 2 days ago ( 08/07/11)

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? holds 100 gallon

So my turtle lives outside in a pond now when its night he always climbs out of the water to sleep and sometimes he sleeps in the day also in a corner not in the water why??

They have to regulate their temperatures. So if the water is to cool at night he may come out to warm up. Same for during the day. If the water is to warm he may need to come out to cool down. Is the pond in full sun or full shade?

Can you post a picture of the pond? Can you use thermomters to verify the temperatures?
