How often? Is he showing any other signs of RI? Mucus coming from nose & mouth, open mouth breathing, lop sided swimming, tired all the time?

Nope just. I just called a vet and they want 128 dollars for a visit -_-. but my turtle stop chirping 3 hours ago. I changed the hole water and clean the filter.

How often was he chirping? Bump up the water temps to 80 degrees and the basking to 90. If it's an occasional chirp keep an eye out for other symptoms. If he's chirping a lot he'll need a vet visit. Call around to different vets.

these vets in nj asking for so much and i dont even have the cash. my job hasnt payed me yet

With a higher wattage basking bulb. Just keep it at 90. Be careful not to bake him.

You'll have to use the 100 with more distance. What is the temp of your basking area with the 50?

Not shore my themontor isn't working it's a cheap one what should i buy and can u send me link. And my turtle opens it's mouth when it chirps. I'm be coming sad :(
