We found a baby Red Ear Slider by our pond. Should we put him in the pond with other turtles, koy and frogs or put him in a tank.

Put him in a tank. 1 you don't know if it's sick or where it came from. 2. Your turtles might not accept it and might attack it.

It's just best to put it in a tank and to see if it is sick or not. So it should be in a tank for 90 days. After those 90 days, take it to the pond to your turtles and see if they accept it. If not, it'll have to stay in the tank.

It's not recommended that hatchlings be kept outside due to their small size. There's any number of predators that could get them. And never put hatchlings with older/larger turtles. There have been a few posts about small RES being hurt or killed by larger ones. I'd keep it inside until it's larger and then put it outside.
