I need help trying to figure out what is wrong with my daughter's turtle. We have had this turtle for about 3 years along with her sister. We got them when they were about the size of a half dollar. She is about 5 inches long and has always been healthy. 2 days ago she just kind of started floating around in the tank and has not been eating. She does not seem to get out of the water to bask either. Her eyes look fine, no mucus from the eyes or mouth, not floating to one side....all in all looks healthy. Could she be constipated? Any ideas?

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? 30 or 40 gallons (I can't remember)
Is the tank near a window? Yes, but the shade is always closed.
Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? no
