Urgent Care :: dont know what is wrong with my turtle

hi every one ,,, i have 4 turtles i got from 3 days ago and i got them a lagoon and anti chlorine and put them outside in the sun for an hour a day (what the pet shop keeper told me ..... any way the 1st day went well at the 2nd day i found one of them is not movin ,slept the whole day <<< i kept waychin it ,just sleeping (or that what i think ) after a long time o tried to put it in the water to see it's activity ( while the other 3 turtels around him are really active ) when he swim he looks really weak ,i fliped him in the water he even try to re adjust him self ,,,,,when i hold him he leave one leg out of his shell and dont resist me ate all , any ways i took him to the pet shop and the shop keeper told me that he is normal ,,, and i wanst really sbuyin his words <<< so he gave me another one ,,, and that was yeasterday .... now the same symptoms are appearin on another turtle but not as strong as the last one ( he was ok the day before )

he is just sleepin outside the water <<< sleepin closin his eyes the whole time... still watchin his movment ,,, he flip him self in water normally and he swims slowly .... so plz plz plz i need help

It's not normal to sleep all day. Usually the problem is sick hatchlings and/or inadequate setup. Can you answer some of the questions in my signature?

How big is your turtle? small ones
How long have you had it?3 days

What is the water temperature?dont take temp. but its cold here in egypt now about 15 C

How much water is in there? enough for them to swim freely
Are you using a water conditioner? i dont know what do u mean of conditioner but i use anti chlorine

Are you using any filtration? no just a small lagoon ,,, change the water once every day

What is the basking temperature? the room temp
Is there a basking light? yes there is

Is there a basking platform that is easy to climb on? yes
What kind is it or what is it made out of? custom rough rock
Is there a UVB light? i put them in the sun 1 hour every day

What have you been trying to feed it?tubifex worms and another food called golden food for tarsa (given by the pet shop keeper )
When was the last time your turtle ate? about 18 hours ago

How big is the tank/pond/enclosure? enough space for the 4 of them for swimming and resting

Is the tank near a window? no

Is the tank in a room with a lot of activity? yes
Have you read the Basic Care section? no
Have you searched the forums for similar situations? yes found nothin

Is there any other unusual activity/symptoms? no just what i wrote

Can you give the dimensions of the enclosure? How many inches of water?

Temperature is important, especially in juvenile turtles. You need to get the water temperature up and stabilized with a water heater, and a bulb to make the basking area 10 degrees warmer than the water.

I agree, work on getting the temperatures a consistent 80F (26.6C) and a bigger enclosure with more water. Those lagoons are called "death bowls" and are not an appropriate setup.

hi again now i did every thing right ,,, about my sick turtle <<< he is standin in the rock < dont swim < and i found a white substance at the bottom of his tail ,,,, ?????????

tried to make him eat by usin tune oil ,,, no effect .... i think he have a problem with his digestive system ,,, need to know what do u think guys

What is the pet shop owner going to do with the returned turtle?

he put him again in the tank with the other turtles,,,any way i found a new pet store is really good (that what i heared about ) goin there soon to see his collection of tanks and accessories
