Urgent Care :: What is my turtle doing?!

He is putting his arms on his head and getting in the other turtles face and shaking them. looks like hes trying to make himself look bigger? i dont know what it means either:(

It sounds like he's fluttering. Turtles of either sex with do it to another to try to establish themselves as the dominant one (showing the other who's boss). If the turtle doing it is male and large/old enough to breed, it's considered to be part of the ritual known as the mating dance.
