Urgent Care :: turtle help

Heyy, i have 2 red eared slider. the first one Its act funny not moving alot, today i noticed that he had something that looked like a red booger coming from his anal spot! is there anything i can do for the turtle? Also another thing i noticed today that its floting and it cant sink like it tried to go to the bottom of the tank but it just floted back up to the surface.My other turtle It gasping for air when its under the water and up in the surface. i would take them to the vets but where i live only have cat and dog vet. is there anything i can do for it? Please help

How big are your turtles? Are they kept together? Is it still coming out?

Heyy they are just babys.I have had them for almost a month and they fine till yesterday. They stay together in a tank. The tank has lighting and basketing place good fliter, Also has a heater . The first one doesnt move around alot he just stays in spot. The other one is still moves all around the tank.

Is it possible one was bit? Have you separated them yet?

No they like each other. know the first one is not eating know. i dont know whats wrong.

Turtles may seem like they like each other, but unless you can watch them 24/7 you can't really know if they are always getting along. In my mind there would be two reasons to go ahead and separate them. One, it sounds like at least one of them is sick, possibly RI. RI is contagious and you don't want to end up with two sick turts. The red spot, without seeing a picture could be an injury, intentional or not.

What are the temps of the water and basking area?
