Urgent Care

I have 8 turtles! 6 of them are Red Ears, 3 of the RES eyes are swollen and red in the corners, and one of they're noses is red....
I have had the three oldest for about 3 years, and I dont know how old they are I got them from a friend, 2 of them are about 5 inches in length, the 3rd oldest is about 3 inches in length and I rescued him from a bunch of kids who hurt him and half his nose is missing((he's the sickest)), then I have 1 I bought him from a reptile Expo hes the size of a fiftycent piece, and then the other two are just a lil bit smaller and they were bought a few months ago from a reptile expo and given to me by a friend! They other two turtles in my tanks are a False Map turtle and a American Musk. Im really worried about them, they're gonna be taken to a vet Tuesday but The third biggest wont move much((which isnt normal usually he's full of energy and moves around and fallows me around like i have food!)) and I know he doesnt feel good I was wondering what I might be able to do other than seperate him from the rest of them to make him feel better?

Well, separation is very important. Are the others kept in the same tank? What's their setup like? UVB lighting? If he's having a hard time seeing, he might be reluctant to eat. What kinds of food have you tried? Can you answer some of the questions from the link in my signature?

They are seperated NOW! They ate pretty well earlier, I gave them the pellets and a lil green leaf lettuce. I have a halogen bulb over them, that what the guy at the pet store told me, they specialize in exotic pets! Its the zoo med repti halogen bulb!
right now i have the three that are most affected in a smaller 10 gallon tank with much Less water and lots of hides so they wont be bothered as much right now, and they're gonna be seperated from that once i get my bigger tanks up and running again...
water temp is about 80F right now without a in tank heater. There is a filter in the water, the main tank where they were being held when they got sick((usually NOT the way I keep them)) is 100 Qts, Usually I have two bit rubbermaid tubs the smaller turltes get a 80 qt tub and the bigger ones get the 100Qt. I had a friend watch them and supposedily keep they're enclosure clean and when i got them back today they were sick! I cleaned everything up, made sure i put the water conditioner in they tank and fed them soon after. They all ate!

How close is the light? You can also try using cod-liver oil, though that only works if it is a vitamin (A) deficiency.

I'm not sure I'm understanding how many turtle are being kept in the 100 qt tub and how many are in the 80 qt tub (which are really only 25 and 20 gallons, respectively). If you've got several turtles in each, it's possible that they're getting repeatedly poked in the eyes as they paw at each other to get to food. Small tanks, especially with more than one turtle, need really frequent cleaning to keep the water clean and minimize bacteria. It sounds like whoever took care of them wasn't able to do this.

If they're eating, that's good.

They're were three in the 100 Qt
and 4 hatchlings in the 80 qt

The tanks have been cleaned yesterday they're eyes aren't as red and inflamed as they were the day before!
They're moving around more, I called a vet and they told me that I need to use eye drops, is there any brand I should use?

There only non-prescription one I know of is Zoo Med Repti Turtle Eye Drops. Are you de-chlorinating the water?

Yes I am, I Make sure I put the drops in and let the water set a few hours before I put the turtles back in there tanks!
