hey guys
today i changed the water in my Tank and i put my RES in a box with newspaper inside...after 5-6 hours i went to the box and i saw she went inside her shell and i heard a noise like ssss....i tought she moved the news paper...one more time i went to her again she made the same noise but this time i saw she opened her mouth too...atfer it didnt happened again
she has everything she needs didnt had any problem till today morning ...now she seems ok too
i just got scared abit...what can it be?

Yes, that's what it was---RES can hiss if startled and/or scared. They will also produce a hissing sound when they quickly pull their heads into their shells---the hiss is caused by air being expelled from the lungs to make room for the head.
