Urgent Care :: Very URGENT! 3 RES SO WEAK AND DYING!

Hello
i saw 5 turtles somewhere and i saw they are in a very bad situation so i took them all
i bought them tank so i put the seperately i bought halogen lamp for their heat and UVB
all of them they were with closed/big eyes and I GUESS RI
but when i took them home under lamp and everything they need
i put drops in their eyes....from 5 , 4 opened their eyes - 2 very good and the other 2 almost open-unclear eyes and the last one didnt open yet
anyway....2 of them are eating so i put them in the same tank they are getting better and better , their eyes are open 24 hours a day so they are almost OK
but the other 3..
one with open but unclear eyes...opening mouth when he is out( he got better since i took him home but still opening) not eating anything-very weak
the other one - closed eyes and never open it yet- not eating
and the last one ...almost both eyes opened! searching to eat but he dosent!
in the end these last 3 ...are very weak and i dont know what to do...
help please i dont want to see these 3 dying!
about going to VET...IWANT TO GO TO ANY VET - THE BEST ONE..NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE IS! BUT I DONT HAVE A GOOD VET IN THIS COUNTRY! not trusted!

I would try to find and contact a local reptile organization or a university with a veterinary department. I hope for the best.

What kind of drops did you use?

I wanst expecting a help like this...
i used ciprofloxacin Eye drop( its a antibiotic)that the Vet gave me last time and worked good
and Tetracyclin eye cream

i really know! but as i said before there is no trusted VET around
i mean the give u antibitoic that u should give to ur turtle from mouth which is very hard cause they dont open...they are loosing energy! thats why i prefer to stay home with them
2 of them still eating and 3 of them...the same-very weak and not eating and i noticed one of them sneeze!

well the bad part is i tried 4 vets till now and non of them did the right thing! one of them did good ONCE and gave me that teracyclin cream for eyes which worked! after that i didnt see anything! but ok ! i dont have problem
i go to the vet tomorrow! and i will write whatever he says here so u guys tell me if thats normal or completely nonsense

I took the turtles to the Vet and he said its RI but to all of them! only one of the RES opens Mouth...anyway
he gave me vial streptomycin to put it a half of it in 1 lit of water with the turtles...
what do u think?

...i dont know what to say! people keep talking about some of herp vets
i tried 3 vets till now and only 1 of them ONCE did something good and after that nothing really ! so i went this time to him too...(didnt had other choice)
he is strange! he checked their shells and looked their eyes with a device..and i started to explain the problems like opening mouth! but he was already writing the antibiotic like he wasnt even listening !
and i asked him why dont u inject anything? he said they are too small and its not good for their kidney and the result will be overdose!
its the worst thing that u dont trust ur doctor/vet and u dont know if ur pet is going to get better or going to be killed by mistake of vets!
now after 3 days putting Streptomycin in their water! they are not worse but nothing better !
