What do i do with non fertile eggs?
I have 3 are there more to come?
how do i know when they are all out?

You can break them just in case and then dispose of them. And yes, there could be more to come. You can feel for them by putting your finger in through the opening at her hind legs and see if you feel any hard bumps. This is not really 100% effective especially if you don't really know what you're doing or how exactly it's supposed to feel. The only sure way would be to get an x-ray done.
